University of Rochester (In NY). And I'm thinking C# only because it'd let us use the xbox kinnect more easily (C# is the Microsoft programming language).

I only program for consumer devices but robotics is an interest of mine.

Is it possible to do it on a mac? Thats what I have. Do you have skype? That would help a lot if we were to do this.. I will just say that I dont even know any C#, but I am willing to learn. Maybe you can teach me

I mean I have a mac... so I'd hope it's possible. I don't see why it wouldn't be though. I have Skype, but we're not really starting this except for talking through ideas until the fall. I have no experience with C# either but I'm taking a class this fall.

Go ahead and learn C# over the summer if you want to

C# is a Windows only programming language. There are probably compliers for it on macs but you would need to install it on your system. It is like Objective-C, it was made by Apple and can only be compiled or used on a mac. By the way C# was made by Microsoft.
