Well I hate to police bidders in my own auction and make them feel unwelcome. You are very welcome here to bid 1r or more than the last person as long as you have the rupees. The official rules do state it's binding, unless someone outbids you. You don't really need to outbid yourself though. I'm fine with making the last valid bid 1400r.
