  7. An international detective team led by the UCW has made 2 discoveries.
    Japanese insurgents in northern China were taking orders from a radical militant group, the leaders of which have fled into the forest surrounding Xian. 3k Soldiers are searching for the militants now.
    The assassination of the Spanish Vice-President was carried out by foreign spies hoping to create a war between the two powers. The UCW urges both sides to continue in peaceful relations while we attempt to discover the source of the attacks.
    China begins developing new armor for their soldiers. We are also looking into possible elemental power sources.
