I am pleasently surprised about what the topic is. I had no idea what to expect after first reading the title.

I made the title 911 cause it's something people remember it has 2 meanings, 9/11 or 911 police call. The title is something that people want to see what it is that's why it's so suprising.

Hang on. You're meaning to tell me that you are actually using the date of 9/11 so that people are drawn in? I personally find it sick that you are using a date where thousands of people died in a horrific attack, that was uncalled for, you could have just called it something simple, such as "Zikko's Newspaper", or something like that. 911 police calls and the disaster of 9/11 have nothing to do with this and I find that terrible, I'm not sure but I feel like others would feels the same way if they knew that this is why it is called that.

Not only this, I also feel like the content for the price is not great. You make it seem as if 600r gets you a book and quill with some scribbles in it, or if you go premium and pay 4,500r, you get an eternal sub of, all we know from your post, is "a page of events". There is no mention of dates in that part of the post so I don't know what you're getting. Pay 8,500r for King & Queen and you get it signed and get one extra page of events. Then, later on in the post, you say that "911" might be made every 2 weeks and will have 10-20 pages. This contradicts what you just said above, doesn't it? I don't know what's in those pages, and for the part above, I don't know what the extra money is going to, nor do I know how often I get that paper.

The second part of my post may just be a misunderstanding, for I feel like the layout is a bit jumbled. As a writer of this, you need to appeal to me and interest me so that I can buy your paper, but you also need to make everything clearly visible and understandable like hashhog's Inkstain, and also appeal to me with your price.

TL;DR: I will not currently be buying into this, I have problems with the style and layout, I am confused about what you are getting for what prices, I am sickened by the reasoning for the title of this newspaper and would vote for it to be changed to something more obvious and appealing. I mean no offense by this post, I am merely giving the host of this newspaper a pointer in the right direction if you will, a means to improve upon.

You know why I called it 911 cause my Grandfather died on that day and I had a small surprise to honor all the dead in the news letter. I know its a sad day and its even sadder for me. So you just destroyed the surprise. And Zikko's Newspaper is just the most boring thing. I also called it 911 cause my father works at a polices station. In the book there are shops/malls and services. I want to help small business owners to grow and have more costumers. The price is expensive because there are only 2 official news papers on emc or three don't know and I don't want to have 400+ players in my news paper because its so cheep. So I had to make the pricing higher. If you are so called sickened about the title then just not buy the news paper or even write in the thread.

I am trying to help you improve and appeal to other members of EMC so that more people buy into your newspaper. If you want to help small shops and services, then you need to listen to people that aren't buying your newspaper so that you can add things and change things around so that you can appeal to the greater population of EMC. This is no means to say that your paper is bad, it is to tell you that I do not know what I am getting and where the value is going, so please take that into account and improve where you can.

As for the name, it's misleading. I came to this thread thinking that it was something completely different. Sure, I was surprised, but I shouldn't be. It's a newspaper, you should be informing me and helping me out, not shocking me, please get the priorities straight. You said that you are making people shocked by using that date like that. I am sorry for the loss of your grandfather, but that is not a means to make this the title of your newspaper. Call it something related to your newspaper so that it's a little more in keeping and not as misleading. As for my name suggestion, there are hundreds if not thousands of other combinations of names that you can call this, just don't call it 911 just for the sake of you wanting more people to view it. If you want more people to buy into this, please take into account my opinion. I am sure that I am not the only one thinking all of this.

From what I understand, classic is the 911 book but with an extra page of events and is not signed. Premium is the standard but with two extra pages, but is it signed or not signed? You should probably state that in the original post. King & Queen sounds like it's standard 911 with 3 pages extra of events and is signed? If that sounds right to you, then you're probably alright, but seeing as how I'm still questioning it, it's worth looking into a little bit more.

Schedules and entry forms look alright to me, just the first parts that I mentioned could be clarified a little more, other than that, I'd say you're almost golden, of course excusing the title still, my reasoning behind why I do not like that still stands (the main title of the thread, you can ask staff to change this if you want it changed).

the single largest terrorist attack to ever occur on US soil, an abortion of an event that is uncommon in the world today.

iGTR, Thank you for imposing your opinion about the proper assumption to make about the number 911. <--- Sarcasm. People with similar opinions, to the one you put on display above, are the reason other people can not celebrate their joyous occasions in public on a date that just so happens to coincide with the events that unfolded in September 2001. Terrorist attacks happen frequently in the US, and the gross majority of them are domestic. That's right there are more American Terrorist deaths in the US then foreign terrorist attacks in a given year, etc, etc. Where's the outrage? Why aren't you posting about PETA granting financial aid to ALF, a group that preaches that burning down a building and death threats are the best way to get attention to spread the message that animal testing is wrong? I could go on for hours, but I will not.

Porsche 911, this newsletter could have had an automotive theme. Dial 911, in the US, to reach emergency services, this newsletter could have been dedicated to those that work in emergency response fields. (as it turns out it sorta did) .

Go do something about it, you have such a strong opinion regarding this topic. Join the military, get a job in an emergency response field, donate time, donate money.

This upcoming september 11th I'll be having a party, with my PTSD, one of the few days of the year I can manage to go out in public without extreme discomfort. and once again, I'm fairly certain, I'll be confronted about how tasteless it is, how wrong, and how disappointed "god" is at my actions. With any luck I'll be able to get up and walk away before I black out and cause grievous amounts of damage to the people and things around me. And yet again the people who will be celebrating with me will have the opportunity to let the idiot who confronted the party that it was a birthday celebration.
Your opinion is just that, your opinion. And no one, of any significance or importance cares, what it is... unless you promise to vote for them. Keep it to yourself, go about your business and if you are inclined to do so, avoid those whose opinions differ from yours in the future.
