Dead dragons disappear off of your scroll exactly 2 weeks after their death.. This includes dead eggs and hatchies as well.. The only "dead" dragons that do not disappear are zombie dragons.. (Which can only be gotten by resurrecting dead adult dragons which has a high fail rate.. )

So my whiptail will be gone in 3 days.
