I have this base in the wild and I found a cave under it and everyday more and more chickens are there I am trying to figure it out any help?
I'm going to guess chicken jockeys are spawning in the cave, but when you log out, the zombie riding the chicken despawns leaving the chicken in the cave.
There is currently a minecraft bug where chicken jockeys (baby pigmen on chickens) spawn, the pigman dies, and then you have a chicken that refuses to despawn. Aikar is working on a fix for it. EDIT: Ninja'd
