For the past week when I use http://minecraftservers.org/vote/134885, their website says that I have successfully voted, but it never shows up here (In-game notification as well as rupee log). This site, https://minecraftservers.biz/servers/341/, seems to register the vote but with delay of often many hours. This messes up how often you can vote since it's not registering right away like the other sites do. So you stuck waiting the full 16 hours+ to get a new increase rather then being able to do so every 12 hours by using all sites.
I may be off a little, but I suspected this too. Then I remembered that I'm not great at voting lately, so I chalked it up to user error. This makes me second guess that.
I wasn't over the holiday, but after the drop party was done I started again. I had the banner for 300, then I was at 299 then it was over 300, then back to 299 saying I hadn't voted...
Those two websites seem to be having issues with their votifier system. Minecraftservers.org I haven't had problems with, there's quite a delay between when I push the vote button and when EMC receives the vote. But the .biz website seems to not work for me at all. I'd bet it's on their end, not EMC's end, but I'm not sure.
I have messaged them about this issue a few weeks ago, and they resolved the issue (at least for me). That website takes a couple seconds extra to come through for me. Otherwise fine.
I've voted on an alt before and sometimes the votes don't register but I think this comes from the voting site.
There's really not much we can do when it occurs. It's up to the voting site to deliver the vote to us.
I’d say keep the page open for a minute after the vote. If you close/leave the page too quickly, it’s votifier rewards may not go through.
Just wanted to bump this and mention that I think I found out why http://minecraftservers.org/vote/134885 wasn't working for me. The auto fill when I type my name had a space at the end and may have been thinking it was a different name being used. I tried it without the space yesterday and it registered. Not sure if this is the case for others but worth a shot if you run into this issue.
