Stop Online Piracy Act or something like that isn't it? yeah i heared of it, but what make's viacom a bad boy here (among other stuff AND stealing content from youtubers) is the fact that in some ways it has supported and helped to increase the piracy, like the fact of cnet.com having p2p programs for download... Also, the copyright infringiment is clearly piracy wich could be the fact of youtuber's content being stealed.
