  2. it might make it so you have to wait before trying again. I'm really not sure, I just know that if they ask for a birthday they need you to be 13+ :/

  3. Well, if you're not 13, you're too young, according to princebee. So no need to try again. :) If you become 13 later, you could always try making a new account then.

  4. It sets a cookie that disallows your computer from registering. Clear your cookies and use another browser/computer
