  3. Do you mean a residence next to the town spawn? There wouldn't be any residences next to the town because all of the residences are within the town. :p

  9. Sorry everyone I know SMP2 spawn residences are rare I will bump up the promos and r if necessary to please the seller, even if it isn't next to spawn but one resident away I will still pay a decent amount.
