If it were me, I would find 1122 more valuable. 22 follows 11 if you can count by 11's. Personally, I don't find either more memorable, but I find 1122 more pleasing to the eye. 1122 is also easier to type in than 1020.

I only just started this business, so I need to work out some terms on how to price the numbers, also because there realy isn't much to base the prices on. All input about pricing a residence is welcome.
