Hey writers of EMC! Have you ever experienced writer's block? If you answered "no", you're probably lying. BUT. As we all know, it IS possible to get over it. That is why I made this thread. Share your tips for overcoming writer's block!
Use the 'jump' key to get over it, like any other minecraft block... No, seriously, if I get blocked when writing, I leave that project for a bit and write something else to get the brain flowing.
Since my income depends on my ability to make deadlines, I find that when I hit a block, I'll research a different area of the piece. It can help you work backwards and voila, you can continue on where you left off with a clearer path to the next milestone.
