Germany begins reasearch on more sophisticated radar systems for their naval fleet, and begins developing a new class of Battleships and Submarines. Also on a domestic note, crime rates in Germany have been on a steady rise. To combat this all of Germany's police forces are being doubled. German scientists request a sample from America of the poison being used on them by Mexico.

Monaco has completed production of its lightly armored tanks. They carry a 80mm cannon, and a small machine gun. Monaco has 50 of these new tanks

The USA comes out of the training with new weapon designs. We now produce the SCAR-20 and begin mass production of it. The SCAR is now standard issue, and we begin to outfit our troops as follows:

Laos has a goverment reform. It is now a wierd sort of republic. While the citzens CAN vote for officials, some offices are held for life.

Laos finds that North Korea is likely being inhuman, and lacking human rights. Laos occupies Vietnam with little resistance. In fact, many of their soldiers join our ranks and fight the small, badly equiped forces. Unless if Canada disagress, Vietnam shall be annexed.

Laos wishes to become allies with Luxemburg, seeing as they need more, and Luxemburg seems like the best canidate. Laos sends some of their radio satellite technology to Luxemburg, regardless if they accept the alliance or not. They do the same to all nations, except for North Korea, and bans trade with the country until they grant their citizens basic human rights.

Laos begins working on stealth aircraft technology, as well preparing for the first moon walk. Laos also announces intentions of building a lunar base on the moon, called Adstrum.

England lets Monaco go, for they do not know if North Korea are friendly or not.
