    This bill allows the rights to all people in the nations that sign the bill
    It will allow rights to people of all Sex, race, religion, and sexual orientation. In nations that sign this bill, shops that refuse service to someone because of above, can be shut down by the nations government. it also allows these people to vote and hold government jobs.
