I completely agree with thecontroller and was about to recommend the same thing, try a Ubuntu live disk or usb and if that works your PC is good and windows is corrupt, but if Ubuntu doesn't work then your computer is basically toast.
In case if anyone is interested, I just got my computer back today; I have to finish configuring my settings to my personal preferences; but anticipating being back online yet tonight! Super excited
