[Survey] chickeneer wants your brain waves

Hey. Below is linked a Google Form survey where I am gathering information about some EMC improvement research that I am wanting to conduct in the coming weeks. You will note that there is the option to complete this survey anonymously. The results of this survey will NOT be published publicly; results will only be viewed internally.

The primary goal of this survey is to gather initial feedback for a future survey which will be more focused. The open-ended questions is what I will be most interested in reading about. Frankly, I don't know what will be on any follow-up survey, as this will ideally inform that. Just is what I put together in an afternoon. Thanks in advanced!
