  3. Right but it's kind of the same thing just on a higher scale. The main thing they're buying is the building anyway; possibly the number.

  4. If you want a building you can hire somebody, if you want a number you can buy a barren plot. Why not allow somebody to buy both at the same time +1. The only problem is that if this was made to mimic real life, in real life, you can have as may houses as you want. In EMC you can only have your set amount.
