{suggestion] Res flag to allow/disallow buffs (potions/beacons)

  1. With 1.5 the range on a fully buffed beacon increased to 100 blocks, this is obviously much larger than a single res so would it be possible to add an extra +/-buff res flag?

    I know a number of people have specially engineered obstacle courses/ secret areas to be difficult/impossible to get to with 'default' player abilities and someone in an adjacent res placing a beacon potentially renders all that effort moot.

  2. I believe this has been suggested as every thing that effects a certain area(Jukeboxes Beacons etc) Effect the whole res and only that res it is in but I think it was not very important to the mods as it does not affect too many people.
