this would make the monthly and lifetime level traker messed up because most players wouldnt have it so the ones that did would have an advantage
Yes they would have it after a hard work of 400 vote streak, it is the same for a unbreakable pick they have an advantage over those who do not accept the challenge(keeping vote streak)
is just a a number > 300, i do not know which number would be the best for a balance... so i put 100 more than 300
