  1. My suggested ones are:
    1. Topographic map (frontier only): Useful when building huge things such as canals, or things that require certain terrain configurations such as artificial lakes with dams.
    2. Water depth map (frontier only): Useful for finding places underwater to set up camp away from mobs, finding good sea spots to drain, and seeing the old terrain under artificial lakes.
    3. Foliage-free map (frontier and wastelands): Useful for seeing structures in a biome with a thick canopy, such as roofed forest and jungle.
    4. Established area map (frontier only, will not include nether): Highlights areas where people have officially established a base, and other areas where people cannot spread boundaries into an area by officially establishing it. Preferably in different colors.
    5. Fastest routes map (Frontier and Town): Similar to the "Get Directions" feature on Google Maps and MapQuest. Could take quite a bit of work.
These maps would only show aboveground, but the fifth one would show overpasses and underpasses. You could not use multiple of these maps at once, except possibly as a diamond supporter perk, but if that happened you'd have to have the option to sign in to the live maps, or at least have it see if you're signed into forums.
