[Suggestion] Make the DDTT buy sign a buy/sell sign

Hi gang!

As you may, or may not, know the Dirt Destroying Ticking Tock (love that name!) is a rare Momentus drop which can be redeemed by a senior staff to hire them as your own personal cleaner! <runs like crazy! no, pls no shoot lightning!> More serious: you can redeem it and ask that senior staff removes all the dirt from your residence.

There are 2 ways how you can get this: by being very lucky after a Momentus fight, or by buying it in /shopworld for 60,000 rupees. But why not also allow players to sell one for 60k?

My reasoning is simple: the trading of the DDTT is already limited because of the fixed buying price. Players also can't auction it off because of that, and because theoretically speaking it's an ever ongoing promotion (in my opinion that rule is stretching things a bit, but it is more fair nonetheless).

So why not allow players who don't want a DDTT nor their residence cleaned the ability to sell it?

There is, of course, another motivation being served here: banking. By setting a fixed price players could choose to buy a DDTT and by doing so reserving 60k of rupees. It won't be a perfect solution, but it would still allow those of us who would really like the option to bank / reserve their money a reliable way of doing so.

I know that EMC has recently opened up the whole player market (an awesome move in my opinion) but the DDTT has always been somewhere in the middle I think. So why not fixate its price officially and create a reliable way for players to bank their money at the same time?
