Brainstorming - A Name for Our Community In speaking with various members of the community I have learned that there is a desire to give the community a name. Zulu9, who started it all by creating the Jungle Outpost and with the help of Beamer91, began the installation the outrageously wonderful rail system we have, gave me his nomination in person for a new name as "A New Hope." I invite all others to suggest names for the community (either PM or as a post to this forum thread). I will compile a list of them. Once we have a list, we will vote for our favorite. Suggestions thus far: A New Hope Last Light Outpost Free Haven
There usually is someone on at all times. Given the size of our community and the fact that it is growing steadily, I wouldn't be surprised in the future if we had someone on round the clock. As you live in the wilderness with others you form bonds of trust and friendship which, if these are things you can appreciate, are worth far more than anything you could steal.
I like Last Light. There's definitely lots of light around. My suggestion is Free Haven - a sanctuary with no rules.

I have a res right behind /fun on smp3 that i intended to rent out spots for people to sell stuff but after i started building i got entranced by the wild and have now decided on having a community shop. if anyone is interested in setting up a shop there just pm me. The res number is 6030 or beamer91_2
Like_A_Pig has made a few posts to this thread that I believe were intended for a different thread. Either that or he is spamming us.
I suppose I should suggest a name, though I think I may end up votiing for what others have suggested. We could be called simply, "The Cooperative".

Dont be afraid to PM any of us you see online when you arrive. It's always great to introduce yourself and the place is so big now it's worth getting a quick tour and to dip into the welcome chest.
