  1. I tend to build bases on Mycelium because if you are in a mushroom biome, you have less of a chance of creeper hugs in the middle of the night.. xD

  6. Not necessarily.. Mob Spawners still function in Mushroom Biomes, and if a cave system leads outside of the mushroom biome, hostile mobs can spawn and meander in..
