I think they were originally $50 and just lowered because they were going away. This and the permanent derelict protection have the potential to break the Empire a little, so they can't have them as cheap as diamond vouchers I don't think, at least not the other. $50 is a scary number though.

Here's your chance to get one with rupees instead , and for not far off the price they were when they were $20.
