The missing texture items cannot be placed, otherwise their texture updates and you get a regular item. The book, firework and horse egg were obtained when you couldn't vault those items, otherwise they would turn blank. The bug has been fixed for a while. The Shiny Flesh and Shiny Arrows I'm not sure how I got, just found them in my shiny drops chest.

You can't obtain any of these items anymore, hence their elevated price.
