I know I'm early to say this, but I think the starting price is a Lottie low, Tom and I sold ours (gotten from the ppp) for a little over 2,200,000 Wich actually was a discount price, as it was for a gift. I suggest starting at around 2,500,000 to 2,200,000 as that is a way more realistic price for a this wanted item.
