I wish to ask to move servers from smp2 to smp7 as my friends is on smp7. If its possible to give me a plot in smp7

If you have more items than vault can hold find a friend that can hold some of your items and can trust them.
What you will have to do is tear down what you would like to take with you from your plot on SMP2 if you want it saved, put it in /vault and then unclaim your SMP2, then go to /server smp7 and claim one there. Edit: Or as Dwight instructed ^
