   Frankly speaking, fortune is rather useless on spades / axes. It is much more worth enchanting pickaxes instead. As for the price of the axe, I'd say it goes for around 3k?
   
   Reason being; Efficiency III + Unbreaking III, usual price would be near 2k if it were a pickaxe. Fortune III is useless on axes, neglected it. Since not many enchant axes, it is more "rare", and the price would be higher than picks.

   It doesn't; sorry. Glowstone gives 2-4 glowstone dust; fortune doesn't affect the chance. Using a Fortune pick on glowstone is just a waste of the pick.
