[Price Check] Blizzard Nose

Hey all, I was wondering what the going price of blizzard noses were. Also I was wondering if there is any news about it having a use, its been about 8-9 months since it came out and still gives the message "It's not cold enough to use this yet..."

~250k, and I have no idea if that feature has any priority over the tons of things Aikar has to do.
