  2. You really shouldn't be throwing a term like that around lightly. That is a very strong accusation to make at someone.

    I can't say for sure; guessing age of young people is hard, but I doubt the girls are young enough for someone to be considered a pedophile for finding them attractive. At best you could possibly say he's an hebephile or an ephebephile, but seeing how he goes to high school and isn't behaving like an adult, I wouldn't be surprised if he's close to their age, in which case his attraction is completely normal.
