Incase you were not already aware the staff have access to a program created by JustinGuy called square whih let's them see absolutely everything happening on the server. The staff are holding up just fine

Not all staff are visible, as many people have mentioned. But EMC's community is good at catching troublemakers and reporting serious issues. Remember, Senior Staff, Moderators and Administrators do not have to be online to watch and regulate the server.

EDIT: To make a long article short, bipolar means you have large mood swings. Like doing this: then changing to this: and then this: all in a matter of minutes.
