These groups are meant to be temporary and aren't "saved", so there is no naming. When you log out one day and come back again, you'll make a new group.
Lets call this a building block for things in the future. The development of these groups will help further the advancement. They are temporary at the moment. A group having a name at this point, is basically useless, there is no where to display them, if everyone leaves the group, it is disbanded, so the names really could not be used right now. However, this a feature that had to be made to make steps toward the bigger picture, and thought you guys would enjoy it . TL;DR No, not right now. The future is always good though . Edit:..... Cow'd
Thanks for yet another great update, and also for making this the second weekend in a row filled with new stuff to play with.
This is awesome, will help you keeping some secrets in a group! It's like a group /tell, if I read that correctly?
Where is the Thumb's Up Smiley? We need more smilies.... lol This would get a 2 thumbs up if I had it... We travel in groups all the time!
/join if you've been invited - which is the only way to join a group that's already been founded. /invite to start your own group. Use /group for help Everywhere
I think we should have a perma. Group. why? Becuase befor 1.5 I started a team called electric _______ We still are a team 3 of our members got ban =3 And 3 are left (so we had 6 plp you derp) But ya you get the point (not math derp) And actually I have 2 separate teams (will I ever stop talking?) And that 2nd group has 12 people (or more) But it would help for now thx! (He Finnely stopped talking) Blah blah blah (ugh were gonna be here forever)
So since this is not public chat, you can basically say anything you want in it right? (obviously without being abusive)
I like the possibility of a hope for a permanent use for this type of feature. Some kind of more permanent group type of option could help keep together the settlements and outposts I among a few other have been building. Right now we strive to work together to build bigger and better communities, and I really do think even a temporary group option will help us fulfill our goals. Thanks!
We'll (most likely) take the same stance that we do with L, R and /tell. Unless a player is upset with inappropriate language, and reports it, we won't take action unless it's very severe.
