And it's easy too: just click on their name in the thread and then a pop-up will appear. Then use "start a conversation" and you're home free. And don't worry Callum: stuff like this happens to all of us from time to time. At one time I even managed to totally forget about an auction which I won, for 2 weeks ( ). Sometimes it just happens...
