Late reaction but... EMC is actually quite lenient when it comes to avatars. Where most forums restrict their use to 100x100 or 100x150 pixels at most EMC allows you to almost to pretty much whatever you like (there are restrictions, but those are set quite high). But when looking at your current avatar then I guess the problem already sorted itself out?
