Hey EMCers! This thread is simply showing you that I'm unintentionally celebrating my 1500th day on EMC with a new machine! This machine's first day was April 18th, 2018, and that was my 1500th day since I joined EMC for the first time! This is also the first time I built a machine by hand (with the exception of I didn't know how to properly apply thermal paste, lol). Pictures are worth a thousand words: Putting the very expensive gadget together... Getting the case out of the box: Looking at the parts that are going into the new machine... Putting it together: Installing Windows 10... How it looks turned on! Yes I know the wires are a bit of a mess, wire management is a bit of an issue for me. If you're looking for the specs they're in my signature Not trying to brag here... just showing what's is letting me play all my games.
Nice socks Nice PC build, love seeing people building it themselves. It's amazing to know what you put together with your own hands actually functions and looks wicked cool. Great job!
Helps when you take a Hardware/Software support in class in college (required for my degree). Also, the motherboard documentation (instructions) helps as well.
