I saw this same scenario play out when I was an engineer on a submarine. Someone would get shocked by electricity and then call over someone else to "check it" to see if there is an electrical problem. His friend gets shocked and so on and so on. What was one incident report now turns into 5 incident reports.
lol, it also like that in The Lost and Dammed, one of the expansions for GTAIV. Basically, whenever you're riding on a bike, all of the gang member would follow you. So if you accidentally crashed into a wall, they would all do the same
