louis, While they look the same, asking for best offer is a bit different than an official auction. There's no rules on withdrawing offers, or requiring them to make a set deal on when or who has to buy it etc.

Also, because your texture pack HIGHLY resembles a mod that finds spawners, I'm going to have to ask you find the name for me. You can do so by clicking "Texture Packs" in your options menu on the main screen of Minecraft.
