  5. OptiFine Capes can only be seen by people that also have optifine. Like I can't see chickeneers cape, because I don't have optifine installed.

  9. I don't have a MineCon cape or an OptiFine cape, but I have the capes mod. I just thought I'd show mine since we were showing capes.
