  12. GMT is Winter time, the UK is currently on BST (British Summer Time) which is the 23:00 number you have posted under 'UK TIME'.

  16. To make it easier for people to understand, lay it out as follows:
    17:00 CST (Central)
    18:00 EST (Eastern)
    23:00 BST (British Summer)

    If you have a Winter time up when we are in the Summer time, people may get confused? :)
