When new rupees are introduced into the economy with every passing day, the prices have nowhere to go but up. So do keep that in mind. Unless the rupee value of abandoned accounts is greater than the amount of rupees EMC puts into the economy (by vote bonuses, login bonuses, rupee sales, etc) there will always be inflation - that's just how it works.
