  3. I'm not too sure, but I believe that happens when you re-eggify renamed mobs so that you can still see which animal it is :). (the lower 2 lines are not displayed in default settings).

    EDIT: ay ninja'd, and appareantly it is for any spawn egg instead of just renamed ones ;P
