Players can purchase rupees from the support page, or he might just not use the forums as much as everyone else. He also could be an alt, or even just work hard for his money. This thread got off topic a while ago by trying to figure out how he got his money. Unless you have any information regarding a dragon egg for this gentleman then I suggest you just pass by, and keep this thread on topic.

I've alway heard it every 7 hours you are allowed to bump non auction threads?

It used to be 6 for non-auction threads, but it is now 3 hours for ALL threads.
