  1. Sorry for the double post, but this is my advice. Look for motivation anywhere you can. You can always work out for yourself or for others. Find an upcoming event you want to look good for: I started to lose weight a few years ago so I would look good at a wedding. You can also find a person for inspiration: it can be for a partner/spouse or anyone you want to get to know better. Those are my top two, but you can find inspiration in anything. Maybe a job interview or first day of clases or who knows what. All you have to do to find inspiration is to look for it.

  2. Have any of your guys tried the whey Gatorade bars? They any good for protien after a workout?
