Include all vote sites on Rupees page

  1. Title says it all. The announcement post that is now on the 2nd page of the home page is the only place I know of to get links to all the sites that offer rewards for voting. I suggest putting links to all such sites on the Rupees page.

  4. I believe that only Justin can modify the site - which is probably why it is not updated.
