  14. Yes, you can play on EMC when you're 13. For that matter, you can play when you're younger with verified parental permission.

    Now, I'll lock the thread at your request although it seems like no one is bothering you about your age. If you change your mind and want it unlocked again just PM one of the moderators and ask--preferably me since I'll know what you're talking about.
