1. Create Spam again (spam likes you) 2. Create Malware/spyware/viruses (because an internet without these gets boring) 3. Bring adult entertainment (because it is the most prolific areas to spread 1 and 2)
1) Create a search engine and spend most of my budget on employees to develop AI and logic to make it very intelligent much like Google is today. 2) Create a social media site, probably along the lines of Facebook (even if people neglect it nowadays, it's the all in one package that includes the best of everything else). 3) Make a digital petition against the idiot that reset the internet and the massive fool that he is.
