horse problem suggestion

so yesterday i bought a brand new dasher (2015 type soulbound) for 50,000r and today i went looking around for a res new the shop 18262 and i feel in a pool while walking and i tried my hardest to push it up from the ground. And then it died even though it was soul-bound.

Can we make it that soul-bound horses can't die from water?

Soul bound means the spawn egg won't drop on death not that the horse is immortal.
Horses should swim if you dismount them then you can take a lead and bring them out of the water.

I assume the res had the animal damage flag on then, which killed the horse

You could have used /stable store the moment you fell in.

Maybe make it so horses can't die on a res unless the owner of the horse has admin or owns the res.

Cant die from water is too overpowered, and even more out of town.

Sounds like horrible luck. Maybe next time you buy a Dasher. Buy a used one. It'll be cheaper since you want to use it anyway.
