Wild Birch Stables/v +birch WILD BIRCH STABLES IS LOCATED AT 6349 ON SMP3 Wild Birch Stables is an organization dedicated to allowing players to breed great horses while not "Breaking the bank". How Birch Stables works is that we allow those players with the good horses to Loan the horses to us at this res. Loaning works by allowing the horses to be on our res but still tamed by the owner and accessible to the owner and we will lease out those loaned horses to players for a set amount of money per hour/day/week and the owner will get 50% of the sales that their horse gets and they will receive 25% off of breeding costs on other horses at /v +Birch. Leasing is when you purchase a set amount of time whether its by the hour or day or week. You will have "Restricted" access meaning you're the only one able to breed them for that time although the owner may take their horses back at any time and you will receive a full refund. We will not take a single foal you breed nor will we charge you hidden fees, granted you will have to supply your own golden carrots and wait the 5 minutes between breeds. Other then those 2 things all you do is pay a 1 time fee and the horses are yours for the amount of time you paid for. HORSES MAY NOT LEAVE THE RESIDENCE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE UNDER THE LEASER'S CONTROL. ALL HORSES ARE TO STAY IN THEIR DESIGNATED STALL WHILE BEING LEASED.
