Hi everybody! I'm a little new to this aspect but I was wondering if anyone would be interested in building a mansion for my utopia residence? I'm not picky on the layout whatsoever I'm just not the best builder and I really want a mansion xD. I am willing to get all necessary supplies needed so if you're interested just let me know you're fees and we'll begin working out the project! xD
Whello there, I have had a building service on this server for quite a few years, but I only do creative building. Meaning that I download the world, design in creative (With worldedit, Voxelsniper, Worldpainter and other necessary apps.) and then send the customer the world download. They can then build it themselves using a program like Litematica, which are allowed on EMC. I usually don't provide a portfolio, as most people here know me already, but, for you, here are some screenshots: (This build can also be visted on /v 202) (This build can also be visted at /v 1145) (Part of this build can be visted at /v 1070) (This project was later used for the halloween event of 2018, but this version of the build, wich served as the basis for the halloween project, is build by only me in singleplayer, because I lacked the tools I needed on EMC stage.) I think I can do better than this, now.) I stopped "officially" having a build service some time ago, mostly because the projects were all the same (Only modern mall and casino builds, which I can, by now, finish in a day) but also just for my lack of time to do all the projects I was getting. Something like a mansion, especially when there is a garden or some nature around it, is a project I would still do, though. This all makes that my prices are high. I mainly set my prices to make sure I don't get flooded with requests, I don't really need the rupees, at this point. Still, my pricing fits the scheme of "If you need to ask how much, you can't afford it," but, just to give you an idea: A mansion, large enough to fit a decent interior, but not larger, with a garden and simple landscaping around it to fill the entire residence, would cost between five hundred thousand to one million rupees. Something like the first Victorian mansion I showed in this post, with completed interior and finished landscaping to the edges of the residence, would be the lower side of that, something way larger, or with landscaping that I cannot effectively use my tools for, would get you to the upper side of that. If you want it fast (Within a month, or less) the price would also go up. Redstone functionalities would also do that, but that is only really notable for casinos, as most simple functionalities, like storages, make it easier, not harder. If you would like me to do this project for you, please send me a PM, with descriptions of what you want that are as detailed as possible, after which I will probably have a lot more questions. I might also conclude that what you want is not something that I can do, or something that takes a lot of time (Some things can take 40 or 50 hours more than something else) and is, thus, probably too expensive, but we’ll figure something out. Also, please do not take that into account at first, a lot more is possible than you might think
