I received diamonds in /game spawn and tried to use /vault but that doesn't work. I got the 16 diamonds from /register. I'm trying to move them to smp7. No staff online and no one knows how to help me.
That shouldn't be happening. :S To ensure it gets done as soon as possible, I recommend sending a private message to all Senior Staff+ at https://pmss.emc.gs; they're the only ones who can access player's inventories
If you don't know what's going on, why bother helping? OP stated it clearly: they did /register in the spawn of /games, vault access is disabled there, and only a Senior Staff+ can get the diamonds out.
